BRANDING + SIGNAGE | When Daniel Bilnoski and Ben Permenter hatched an idea about opening a coffee and espresso bar, they had very specific goals. The mission of Al Vetro Coffee and Espresso Bar is to serve the highest quality coffee and espresso quickly to busy Houston professionals. Wyn Bomar Design started out the branding launch meeting by discussing Al Vetro's desire to build a monument to Houston, through service and great tasting coffee. So the logo took the form of a monument, something that might be carved into stone, but would also resemble an effort to build something that would last and serve to honor their community. Al Vetro's owners chose colors that represent Houston as well. This medical center shop has outlived many larger chains and has become a thriving gathering spot for all who pass through Scurlock Tower. Al Vetro sources their beans from Java Pura Coffee Roasters, a Wyn Bomar Design client since 2007. It's great when the clients of my clients become my clients too!
