BRANDING | Tracy Vaught partenered with Chef/Owner John Watt, early in both of their restaurant careers. Together they grew this spot into one Houston's favorite places to celebrate special events. It's also perfect for weeknights when no one wants to cook. The brand is a type treatment with a subtle burst influenced by the restuarant's tin ceiling. Translating smoothly to signage, in this case neon, was of course a given. Often Wyn Bomar Design creates a brand family that demonstrates the flexibility of the logo and makes it adaptable to many applications. In addition to being an award winning chef, John is an artist as well as a patron of the arts, so it is fitting that the brand color palette was adopted from the artwork throughout the restaurant.
